工艺说明

一级液相吸收

      油漆废气经过一级吸收设备主要除去废气中99%油漆雾气、粉尘等，并吸收油漆废气中部分苯类物质。

二级液相吸收

      采用本公司开发的高效复合液相吸收剂进行吸收处理，其对苯类、酯类、醛类、醚类都具有良好的吸收能力，溶剂不易挥发，无腐蚀性、稳定、不粘稠、不易起泡。经过两级处理后，其对有害组分的吸收率可达90%以上，确保废气中VOCs的浓度远低于国家规定的排放标准。
