One must pay attention to the following points before spraying:

1. First check whether the spraying air pressure is normal, and at the same time ensure that the filter system is clean;

2. Check the air compressor and the oil-water dust separator to keep the paint hose clean;

3. The spray gun, spray paint hose and paint mixing tank should be stored in a clean place;

4. Except for dust removal with air blower and sticky cloth, all other procedures before spraying should be completed outside the paint room;



5. Only spraying and baking processes can be carried out in the paint-baking room, and the door of the paint-baking room can only be opened when the workpiece is being baked in and out. When opening the door, the air circulation system during spraying must be activated to generate positive pressure to ensure the outside of the room. Dust cannot enter the room;

6. You must wear the designated paint spray clothing and safety protective equipment to enter the paint booth for operation;

7. During the baking operation, the flammable items in the paint room must be taken out of the room;

8. Non-essential personnel are not allowed to enter the paint booth.
