Installation preparation stage inspection: The organic waste gas treatment equipment and accessories have undergone strict quality inspections in our company, and will be shipped after passing the inspection. Therefore, unnecessary disassembly and opening of the assembled equipment and accessories are not required. But you should carefully check the shipping list. Inventory and inspect the goods so that the installation process can proceed smoothly. When the organic waste gas treatment equipment is transported or unpacked, it is found that the paint and anti-rust layer have been damaged, and necessary repairs should be made. During installation, electric welding and gas cutting operations are not allowed on the surface of the equipment body to ensure that the internal rubber lining is not burnt.


Preparatory stage inspection for commissioning: The installation, piping, and instrumentation of the organic waste gas treatment equipment are all completed, and after the cleaning of the equipment body and piping is completed, the following inspection items should be inspected and maintained.

Test run and commissioning stage inspection: After the above-mentioned preparatory stage inspection is over, in addition to the test run of the organic waste gas treatment equipment, the following items must also be inspected.

Daily operation inspection: After commissioning and commissioning to enter normal production, the operator shall regularly inspect the equipment site every day. Record the results of the patrol inspection truthfully and summarize them together with the operation records as the data for regular maintenance.

Regular inspection: After one year of normal production, the organic waste gas treatment equipment should be regularly inspected. The regular inspection is to ensure safe operation without accidents within the next year. In order to shorten the parking time for regular inspections, if the number of inspectors and maintenance workers permits, try to carry out the inspections of other equipment at the water station at the same time. If an abnormality is found during the inspection, it must be dealt with in time.
